One of Montana’s great summertime parties announced its musical lineup at a Saturday night block party on Main Street in White Sulphur Springs.

The Red Ants Pants Music Festival’s 2017 edition is set for July 27-30 on pastureland outside White Sulphur, and promises a lively roster of well-known country and folk musicians.

Included for this summer’s weekend-long gig will be The Bellamy Brothers, Lucinda Williams, Asleep At The Wheel, Shooter Jennings & Waymore’s Outlaws, Turnpike Troubadours, Parker Millsap and more.

“We’re thrilled about the depth and range of this year’s lineup. It is truly an incredible group of Americana’s favorite legends as well as some of the most exciting rising stars in music today,” said Red Ants Pants Music Festival founder and producer Sarah Calhoun.

From its stages on the Jackson Ranch, and surrounded by the Big Belt, Little Belt, and Castle Mountain ranges, the festival will bring in more than two dozen different artists performing on separate stages.

Last year’s festival drew 16,000 people to Meagher County.
