Big Head Todd and the Monsters have achieved something few bands have after being together for over 35 years, playing music that is both fresh and current while reaching back to a different era.

Bringing blues singer Hazel Miller on board melded the musical experience of blues and rock, with a sophisticated sound that plays to the future.

The band never felt locked in a past era, though I suspect many in the audience were reliving the 1990's. But Big Head Todd and the Monsters weren't stuck in that decade.
