Job Details

$13-$15 per hour depending on experience
$250 bonus upon successful completion of the season
Temporary position from late June to mid-October (some flexibility on start and end dates
Average of 20-25 hours per week. Employees can alternate working weekends.
Monday-Friday can be slightly flexible but we mainly observe the following hours:

• July to Labor Day: Tuesday & Thursdays 1-7 PM, Saturdays 9-5 PM, Sundays 10-3 PM every other weekend
• Labor Day to mid-October: Weekends in September Saturday 9 am – 5pm, Sunday 10 am- 3 pm. Saturdays only in October 9 am - 5 pm
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills used with a variety of individuals
• Proficiency with general office equipment and computer skills
• Punctual with demonstrated professionalism and dependability
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Self-starter who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and interruptions with poise, confidence and cheerfulness

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors both in-person and over the phone
• Provide accurate and helpful information to visitors of all ages by maintaining knowledge of Missoula’s attractions, recreation areas
• Maintain a welcoming and clean VIC, including replenishing display racks with materials
