MDSC is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team in supporting adults with severe developmental disabilities in our medical residential group home as a Direct Support Professional.

* $17 hour
* $300 Sign on Bonus (full and part Time)
* Day shifts @ 7:00am-3:00pm
* Evening shifts @ 3:00-11:00pm
* Overnight-awake shifts @ 11:00pm-7:00am
* Relief

Qualifications for a DSP:
* Compassionate, respectful, and reliable
* Must be at least 18 years of age or older
* Ability to pass background check requirements

Responsibilities & Duties:
* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Personal hygiene cares
* Housekeeping duties
* Electronic documentation
* Medication administration
* Meal preparation, cooking and feeding
* Participates in community outings
* Monitor the health and safety of clients while they sleep
* Assist with programs (educational, skills, crafts)
* De-escalate physical & mental behaviors using Mandt training
