Job Details
Along with direct nursing care, this position is responsible for accurate documentation and charting, medication administration & assessment and communication of clients' status. You will work alongside small team of Direct Support Professionals and a Group Home Manager to ensure the proper care for our clients.
$25.00 hour
12 hour shifts - flexible shifts
Current LPN licensure or RN licensure in the State of Montana
Proof of auto liability insurance in accordance with Montana law, and insurability with MDSC insurer of record
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Direct Nursing Care
• Maintains alertness to clinical signs and symptoms that indicate progress or adverse
reaction to prescribed treatment.
• Provides tube feeding, trach care and suctioning, tube cleaning and care and nebulizer
treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Provides Range of Motion exercises as prescribed..
• Assists other LPNs or RNs and Direct Support Professionals to follow through with all
information and directives on the nursing care plan and follows through with
doctor/nursing instructions.
• Participates in client programming following the IP, written programs and documentation
processes to include behavioral intervention plans and proactive and reactive strategies.
• Assists other staff with completion of tasks such as toileting, hygiene and general home
care.
