Gov. Steve Bullock met one of his newest constituents on Monday – baby Marcutio Lowy, whose mom, Rep. Kimberly Dudik, has been caring for him while attending to her legislative duties since he was born.

Dudik gave birth on Thursday, March 16, in Missoula and returned to the Legislature on Monday, March 20.

Dudik and baby Marcutio were on hand Monday when the governor signed two of her bills into law, both reforming the state’s foster care laws.

Also present for the signing ceremony were Rep. Rob Cook, R-Conrad, and Sen. Eric Moore, R-Miles City.
