U.S. Sen. Jon Tester offered a mixed response following President Donald Trump's first State of the Union address on Tuesday night.

Tester, a Democrat, said he looks forward to working with Trump on infrastructure and border security, though he also questioned the president's omissions, including public lands and agriculture.

"I have always said that I will work with the president when I can and hold him accountable when his policies hurt Montana,” Tester said.
