Four new cases of coronavirus were reported Thursday evening, bringing the total number of patients in Montana to 15.

In an evening press release, Gov. Steve Bullock said three of latest cases were in Yellowstone County and included two males in their 20s and a female of the same age.

The fourth evening case was a Roosevelt County patient in her 70s, who acquired the virus through international travel, the state said.

According to the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, nearly 950 tests have been conducted in the state, and 931 of them have netted negative results.

The 16 positive cases included a patient who is only considered a part-time Montana resident. Roughly 2 individuals are currently being monitored by state health officials.

To date, five of the cases have been been confirmed in Yellowstone County, four in Missoula County and three in Gallatin County. The counties of Silver Bow, Broadwater and Roosevent counties each have one case.
