Mr. Carlino didn't do his research very well.

I lived in Great Falls in both 1993 and 1994. We who lived there had to breathe all the smoke from the fires in the Western part of the state, as well as from Idaho and Washington.

Wow, were we in a climate change environment? I think NOT. We were having to deal with fires caused by lightning and careless campers. We also had arsonists causing fires. Forest fires are an annual problem until better forest management is put in place.

Good luck on your bid for City Council. You might want to concentrate on how your city handle's the rapid growth and all the issues associated with that.
