Mother moose and calf visit Missoula neighborhood
(Missoula Current) A mother moose and calf sauntered through Missoula early Tuesday.
The pair munched on the leaves of a tree off Paxon Avenue before attracting the attention of law enforcement and wildlife officials.
The visitors took a leisurely stroll down 34th Street as officers trailed the animals, coaxing them to safety and blocking traffic.
The mother kept close watch on her calf.
